During the consultation we learn about your workspace, the needs of the company, the culture and the purpose of the technology. We create a design layout and combine our expertise with your needs to offer tech solutions and options.
After receiving approval on design, products, schedule and cost we begin creating. We work with the builders to make sure the space and infrastructure fits and works cohesively with the technology. Once products are installed we begin testing to ensure that the system is glitch free, working smoothly and easy to operate.
It’s important to us that your client feels confident and comfortable using the new communication tools. After all testing is completed we train your client on the products. We also offer continued support and closeout information. This information includes product manuals, CAD and wire drawings, schematics of all the rooms, a product list, serial numbers, warranties and a scope of all the project.
