During the bidding and design phase we work together with you to create a design that first, fills your client’s needs with the best available AV solutions; and second, fits within your project’s scope and timeline. This includes getting approval on all designs, products, schedules, and costs. It means providing product and design options for you and the client so the best solutions can be implemented. It also means ensuring the correct infrastructure is built to match the products being used.

After receiving approval, we work with the builders to ensure our standard of craftsmanship on the install is met. We test the products to confirm they work within their designed space and function. As the installation is completed, we begin programming the products. Then, to provide a smooth and easy transition for the clients we rigorously test the products and programming.

It’s important to us that your client feels confident and comfortable using the new communication tools.  After all testing is completed we train your client on the products. We also offer continued support and closeout information.  This information includes product manuals, CAD and wire drawings, schematics of all the rooms, a product list, serial numbers, warranties and a scope of all the project.
