LinkedIn contracted us to do a job. They kept us on to establish a new standard.

In search of a more user-centric design for their conference rooms, LinkedIn brought us on to develop a simple solution that allowed employees to not only quickly schedule and view availability of the rooms in real time, but to also access a number of company metrics. The design set a new company standard and we were tasked with implementing it in all LinkedIn’s conference rooms throughout California.  This included installing, programming, and providing a straightforward “how to” procedural guide for fully utilizing all the conference room’s AV capabilities.

Across the country, in New York City, a local company was contracted to install the design for the conference rooms at LinkedIn’s Empire State Building office.

After two months and with only five days before the project deadline, it became clear the installations would not be completed according to schedule.  LinkedIn reached out to us for help and asked if we could step in.

With only days left, we flew to New York, assessed the situation, and redirected current subcontractors. We opened installation bottlenecks and found solutions that enabled us to complete the necessary installs. We also developed the locations procedural guidelines, provided training, and quality checked the entire project—all before the project deadline.

After the rescue, LinkedIn dubbed us The Fixer. Since then, they have repeatedly asked us to travel to places throughout the world including China, India, and Brazil. There we manage, support and teach subcontractors working on LinkedIn’s national and international offices to reach the standard of excellence we set.
