AAA wanted to bring next generation business communication to their new headquarters. We gave them more.

In the fall of 2016, the American Automobile Association (AAA) relocated their Northern California, Nevada, Utah headquarters to Walnut Creek, California. During the move their consultant, Mike Pon, contracted us to install and integrate a state of the art AV system into their new 52,000 square-foot home. Having already worked with us to build out AAA’s corporate office and over 40 conference rooms, Ben brought us on to deliver the level of craftsmanship and technical expertise he received from us in the past.

Focusing on creating a user-centric experience we designed each space to be simple and intuitive. A video wall, powered by a media server was added to advertise relevant content to current and future members. Conference rooms included wall mounted touch panels allowing employees to video conference or present with the touch of a button. The board room was designed to showcase quality audio and video-conferencing. Overhead speakers and microphones were seamlessly integrated into the table, providing rich quality sound. Both local presentations and video conferencing are now easily accessible via multiple sources.

Training rooms meanwhile were additionally equipped to function independently or to be combined for large company meetings. The space includes a number of 70” overflow monitors and a ceiling-mounted projector shining onto a 119” screen, with the ability to show content from guest laptops on any or all of the screens. We also integrated professional audio and videoconferencing features including multi-zoned loudspeakers, digital wireless microphones, and a high-definition pan-tilt zoom camera into the video conferencing system. These are all accessible with a simple, custom-designed touch panel.

With prompt communication, we were there to provide quick answers to questions through all phases of the project. As a result, AAA knew that the drawings and designs would be done correctly, that the installation would be on time, and the project would exceed expectations. AAA wanted to incorporate next generation business communication to their new headquarters. We delivered, but we also developed a relationship they can trust. It is the reason the team of subcontractors works with us on all AAA retail spaces today.
