Working with Robert Half we rose the bar, then continued raising the bar one office at a time.

With offices all over the country, Robert Half has had experience working with several different AV companies.  The AV setup is between each office is similar. The products installed are high-end commercial grade, and the expectancy is that they will be reliable once installed. When malfunctions do occur, the costs are serious. RH began to experience frequent breakdowns from other vendors. Slowing down to allow the AV companies to revisit and fix their installation coupled with sluggish customer service from the vendors began to have negative financial implications.

We quickly stuck out from the other AV companies hired by RH. Having received great reviews on our work at their California offices, we became known as a company that was reliable, on schedule and within budget—the Go To AV Team. RH began to hire us to travel to their nationwide offices to train local AV teams and fix the problems they were having with other AV companies.

RH was using our standard to measure the work of all other subcontractors.  We created a seamless process that focused on creating high productivity while removing technological downtime. Since then we have been hired to oversee and manage the work of other AV subcontractors throughout the country setting high expectations for all others who follow.
