Colliers hired us to incorporate the latest audio visual technology into their corporate office space. The design included furnishing their conference room with cutting edge tech. While we designed a number of options that allowed presenters to easily connect to the system through a variety of different means, we also came to better understand the employees’ presentation experience along with their struggles in using past AV technology.

We took the time to notice the big things, like new and old employees struggling to remember how to access the benefits and features available to them. But we also noted the little things, like the shorter staff members searching for a step ladder to help them present via USB.

The solutions we provided Colliers were catered to their individualized needs. We lowered the system to be easily accessible to everyone. We designed a custom, user friendly remote, focusing on the interface and the user experience. The remote was simple. Beside each button was a corresponding picture depicting the buttons function. Employees needed to only press a single button to access the features they needed.

While technology continues to advance, we believe that technology alone is never enough. As a result, we couple the latest tech with a deep understanding of our client’s unique needs, then tailor the technology to suit those needs. It has led us to form lasting relationships with those we serve and a ten year relationship with Colliers.
