The purpose of the rooms evolved and so did the needs of the AV system. We adapted.

Veeva had built their all hands space and the AV equipment for a very specific need; however, after moving into their new headquarters it quickly became apparent that the room was going to be used for so much more. The room needed to be more versatile and the original equipment needed to be capable of doing more than what they originally planned.

Veeva began making small adjustments to their system, layering technology on top of technology in hopes of finding a simple solution.  But the added complexity created a disjointed and unreliable system, so inconsistent and complicated that only a tech specialist could operate it.

They needed to create a system that was both functional and easy to use.

We began by working hard to understanding Veeva’s fundamental business communication needs, the details of the space, and the products they were currently using. In so doing, we were able to rebuild and develop a system that fit the complexity of their needs while remaining simple to navigate and use. We then added a simple touch panel that made the system accessible to even those with little or no training.

Our work established a relationship on which they consistently rely. Since helping them with their HQ project we have become their AV team as they repeatedly requested our support in meeting their AV needs in various locations across the country.
